ELDERS is a participatory public artwork unfolding across the UK, giving voice to some of the oldest living beings among us: our trees.
Across thirty places and communities, ancient trees will become sites of encounter, gathering and cultural exchange. Together, these moments will create a living network across the country, connected through landscape, memory and the unseen systems beneath our feet.
Our trees hold the memory of changing landscapes, lost habitats, migrations and the lives lived around them. They have witnessed what disappears. And what remains.
ELDERS brings together artists, councils, environmental partners and cultural organisations. To be part of our next creation, please get in touch.
